• Payment information — when you purchase the course, your name, email, and payment details are collected and processed by Stripe, our payment processor. We do not store your credit card details.
• Email address — provided to Stripe at checkout, used for purchase receipts and refund processing.
• Cookies — we use a functional cookie (course_access) to manage your course access. We also use localStorage to track exercise completion progress. See Section 5 for details.
• Usage data — basic server logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited) may be collected automatically.

• Process your course purchase and grant access

• Verify purchase history for access restoration

If you believe we have breached the APPs, you may lodge a complaint with us. We will investigate and respond within 30 days. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may escalate your complaint to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC).
